Great Mexican Food that will always put you on fire

I went to a restaurant last night and I am so hungry now I wish I could time travel and get that last chicken wing....

Caramba! in soho is one of the best Mexican restaurant in HK that serve excellent Mexican food and margararitas.

One of the most special thing at there is the 'Hall of the Flame' counter. The counter showcases an array of chili sauces from all over the world. Customers can choose any bottles from that and eat with the food. Some chili sauce are very hot and smokey and some are salty and hot.

Yesterday, I tried assorted skewers, chicken wings and beef enchilada. Chicken and beef skewers are alright. They are especially very good when eating with hot sauce. I'm sure that must make everyone on fire.

Chicken wings are exceptional good that they're full of herb flavours. Enchilada is huge. Be careful of the salsa sauce which comes with the enchilada, it's very very very hot.

Margarita is a must-order. Classics, on rock...are all good. They do have sort of margarita of the day. Check with the server before place an order.
