Hong Kong needs an Eat-Out blog and I thought I'd do it.

Every once and a while I will tell you about the good and the bad eating experiences to be found in Hong Kong, Kowloon and Southern China. There will be a mix of traditional Cantonese, Chinese regional cuisines, international and fusion restaurants reviewed as well as tips and hints about the unique and interesting food of the region.
